I will keep you in mind when I need more credits. You are a great teacher and what you teach is actually USEFUL, unlike so many of the courses I've completed and conventions I've attended. Thank you for that!

Ms. Samford, I just wanted to write to tell you what a great instructor you are. Your webinars are enjoyable, informative, and easy to understand. Thank you so much for what you do for us. Great job again. Is there someone I can give feedback to at Advantage Software?    I’ve learned so much from the macro webinar. I work for the Army, and the Army has just gotten Eclipse. (Luckily I’ve been using it for about eight years since I was a civilian court reporter before I started working for the Army.)  Because of your webinars, I was able to create macros to help the army generate their index for the transcript. They are so overwhelmed right now with just learning Eclipse, I’m trying to make the index extremely user friendly. Because of the macros, I was able to accomplish just that. Again, you are a fantastic instructor and Advantage Software and the court reporters in the field are lucky to have you.  Thank you again.

I just finished watching Part 3 of your 99 Tips webinar. I just wanted to let you know that I am really enjoying them. I like how you're doing a few hour chunk every week so it's not too much info all at once. I also appreciate being able to submit for CEUs at once for one fee. I just wanted to give you some feedback since you asked. I am learning some new stuff as well as you're clarifying some things I may have had questions on and I get an "aha" moment while watching. lol. Thank you! For anyone who is on the fence about taking this, it is excellent! What I liked the most about it was that although Julie talked about COVID, the concepts presented could be applied to many different scenarios — a long med mal trial, products liability trial, breach of contract case, et cetera. Thank you, Julie, for a great webinar with your crazy humor! It was informative and lots of fun!

I'm halfway through Part 3, and do you know how life-changing this 3-Z, etc. is going to be? Even at the beginning of a depo maybe seeing something in the caption and quick adding it - might be an easy way to learn it by using it before each job. I'm so excited about this! I have done this the hard way for 17 years! 😳 Thank you!

[VOX] Julie Samford, I finished watching the 2020 Masterclass Webinar this afternoon. Although my brain is still fried, I loved your class. It's the first time I've attended a training with you and I loved it. Did I mention that I loved it ?! I loved the way you stayed on topic, loved your presenting style & loved your organized notes on the handouts. You made very complicated topics understandable and less intimidating. I was able to get my autoblock to work. I had given up on autoblock after literally years of trying & fighting with them. Thanks for an excellent class & a job well done. I would also add a couple things: I took two days to watch the webinar and stopped after certain points, and re-watched, practiced the technique, deleted the technique, found my problem & then corrected it until I was comfortable with it and then I moved on. You have to be in the right mindset & not rushed ect. But, that's the beauty of the recorded webinar, it allows you to do that. Also for voice writers, you should be comfortable in understanding how to make a .dix entry for voice if Julie demos for steno. After the .dix entry, Eclipse basically works the same for both. Julie does a good job showing both ways but sometimes she defaults to steno, which is fine, but vw, you need to be able to get past that & make that leap on your own.

Thank you for producing such helpful, information packed, and affordable webinars. As usual, learned a ton of stuff from Julie, which will make my reporting life a little less difficult and more productive.

I just finished the numbers class we did with you recently. I wasn't there for the second day, but I wished I was. It was such a wonderful class. I'm so excited to put my dictionary to work!!!!! I'm so glad you told us about the "pick first conflict by default" because I took a class with someone else, and I put those rules in my dictionary like we did for "exhibit" and I didn't have that "pick first conflict" checked and it gave me a bunch of conflicts where I didn't have conflicts before. I didn't know why, I went back in my dictionary and took most of them out out of frustration!!! NOW I know!!! Anyway, I'm writing to tell you how much I appreciated the class and I am going to take more of your classes as soon as I can. It was what I needed.
